Start by eating only the foods listed in the Golden Weight Loss Manual. You start with the most effective food choices and then get expanded to more choices, until eventually you reach the wide open choices of The Golden Weight Loss Program “After Weight Loss Program” contained on pages 54-56 of the Golden Weight Loss Manual.
People are different. Some people like high regularity and structure. Others like variability and flexibility. Plan your meals to satisfy the kind of person you know you to be.
Be positive. Always spin your experience into the most favorable light of optimism and enthusiasm, otherwise you may accumulate angst that could surface as rebellion against what you are doing with The Golden Weight Loss Program.
Supplement issues are rare, but if any supplement seems to disagree with you, reduce the dosing of the capsules until you can clearly determine which supplement might be bothering you. If need be, leave out that one supplement and then continue to take the rest. Retest taking the noted supplement later and see if it still gives you any digestion issue. Make exercise a game, a new experience and an entertaining hobby. Starting a practice such as hot yoga, if offered in your community, may be a very important element of your body health recovery. You decide though, because there are many valuable physical activities for your body to participate in doing.
Always be kind and nurturing to your self. Eating food is not necessarily being kind or nurturing. Eating wrong food has often been the opposite of being kind to your self in the past. We refer to all the invisible and visible activities that you can treat yourself to in loving kindness. This is a Lifestyle Change approach to happily living, with an enjoyable, capable body.
