About Dr. Laursen, MD

Dr. Mark Laursen MD is a traditionally trained medical doctor, graduate of the University of Iowa (MD) College of Medicine. He has been involved in various public healthcare endeavors such as a Homeless Mobile Healthcare project in Los Angeles, trips to Mexico impoverished areas and in India at a BON orphanage/refuge area.

Dr. Laursen received naturopathic training and holistic alternative medical training after graduating from the University of Iowa College of Medicine.

He has authored 3 books: Start Living, Stop Dying, The Inside Outside Diet and Original Fasting as mechanisms to improve the health of people. He is the author of The Golden Weight Loss Manual (78 easily read pages). He currently has a fourth book in progress on “Hidden Depression,” as he believes attitude and energy depression are very rampant in modern societies.

Dr. Laursen enjoys his private time, all the Arts, Nature and Sharing the Life.
